• Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or specialty environments.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
