• Open and close the store following Operations P&P Manual procedures.
• Adhere to all LIDS policies and guidelines.

• Participate in LIDS Training Programs and set sales and task goals.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with company policies, including safekeeping of inventory and funds.
• Perform supervisory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with employees at all levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relative experience.
• Proven ability to generate sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
• Computer proficiency with software programs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
• Ability to work independently.
