Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2

We’re looking for a Part‑Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead our turf, support a civic‑minded brand, and drive sales while building lifelong relationships with customers.

• Support the Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or commission sales goals.
• Recruit, develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store.
• Serve as the store’s #1 fan, creating buzz and customer engagement through product promotion, social‑media engagement and services such as BOPIS and curb‑side pickup.
• Lead operational excellence, balancing delegation, autonomy and customer‑first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours and associate schedules.
• Communicate trends and customer feedback in collaboration with retail leadership and HQ partners.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy and hit sales targets.
• Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms and launching promos on time.
• Partner with the Store Manager to develop a high‑performing, customer‑focused team.

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting and operations skills, including payroll, reporting, scheduling and merchandising.
• Leadership and development abilities to motivate a team.
• Aged at least 18 years.
• A high‑school diploma or GED equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Adaptability to a fast‑changing retail environment.
• Physical ability to merchandise and handle boxes of merch up to 50 pounds.

$11.66 – $16.22 per hour (final salary depends on education, location, experience and training).
