The Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. The role supports store initiatives and represents Ralph Lauren brand standards through customer-focused service and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and building client relationships.
- Support company initiatives, team training, and new shopping technologies and purchasing options.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer, category, and business feedback with management.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment aligned with the company's values and vision.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effective and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
