This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Sales Specialist located in Smithfield, NC. The New Home Sales Specialist will engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the home buying process. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, showcasing new home models, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with the construction team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires an ability to build strong client relationships and deliver a seamless home purchasing experience in alignment with Adams Homes' values.

• Experience in Home Sales and familiarity with Homebuilding processes
• Proven Customer Service and Sales skills with a client‑focused approach
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of local real estate and housing market is a plus
