This is a full-time, on-site role located in Smithfield, NC, for a Hardscape Installer. The role involves constructing durable and visually appealing outdoor hardscaping features such as patios, pathways, retaining walls, and outdoor seating areas. Daily tasks include preparing job sites, operating tools and equipment, handling a variety of materials, and ensuring installation quality. The Hardscape Installer will work collaboratively with other team members to deliver projects that align with our clients' expectations and project timelines.

• Proficiency in the use of power tools, hand tools, and equipment related to hardscape installation.
• Knowledge of hardscape construction techniques, materials, and design aspects, including the ability to read and interpret site plans or blueprints.
• Strong physical stamina, ability to lift heavy materials, and withstand outdoor working conditions in various weather.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• General knowledge of safety protocols and practices in construction or landscaping.
• Previous experience in landscaping or hardscaping is highly preferred.
• Ability to maintain work quality under tight deadlines and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
