The Role
Join our team of Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, also known as Customer Relationship Advocates (CRA). This experience offers personalized support, skill development, and training to supercharge your early career this role, you will be a licensed professional providing outstanding customer service while answering inbound calls and supporting Fidelity’s clients. You will develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more.
Job Description
As a CRA, you’ll learn about the financial services industry, apply new concepts, develop skills, and push yourself to accomplish goals through three major milestones:
