Pest Assassins is looking for a dependable, hard-working and motivated individual for our Route Coordinator/ CSR position. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for providing quality customer service.
This position will be based out of our Smithfield, RI office. Pest control experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all inbound communication from prospective and existing customers including phone, text, email and website submissions.
- Assist with inbound alerts from technicians and resolve.
- Input customer data into system and schedule inspections and services as needed.
- Resolving customer issues & concerns by providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor routes and communicate with technicians of reschedules or other changes.
- Work with field reps and manager directly to update customer information.
- Ensure customer database is up to date. Correct customer data as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable and collection efforts.
- Manage administrative requests and tasks.
- Effectively handle cancellation requests and manage reinstatement efforts.
- Assist in the daily and weekly scheduling of service routes using routing software.
- Complete and distribute daily service reports.
- Communicate with new customers and additional service request customers to insure satisfaction.
