Job Requirements:We are seeking Credit Analysts with experience in wholesale/commercial collections. Candidates with Consumer Collections experience may also be considered.
Note: We are NOT looking for Accounts Payable Specialists or Accountants. The ideal candidate has worked with collections dealing with products, not banking, insurance, or medical industries, but directly with customers/clients on product collections.
- Making collections calls
- Interfacing with customers
- Collaborating with Sales and Customer Service teams
- Coordinating with the Cash Application Team in Mexico
- Completing reconciliations
- Creating statements and files using Excel from SAP
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel is required; SAP experience is highly preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
