Pay: $64 - $69/hr W2

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing efficient, scalable solutions for modernizing legacy systems
• Driving technical discussions and making critical architectural decisions
• Building RESTful APIs with Spring Boot and Java
• Developing Visual C++ applications using MFC and integrating with Windows services
• Supporting the Defined Benefits business with technology solutions that deliver measurable value
• Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and agility
• Contributing to Dev Ops automation and CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Stash)
• Mentoring teammates while remaining hands-on and delivering results

What You Bring

• 10+ years of Java web development, with strong Spring and REST API experience
• 3+ years of database design and PL/SQL development
• 2–4 years of Visual C++/MFC development experience with native Windows integrations
• A sharp eye for technology trends, especially in cloud environments
• Clear, collaborative communication and strong problem-solving instincts
• A drive to own projects end-to-end and inspire those around you

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
