Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the Batch and Data Services team within the Product Delivery Excellence group.

This role involves supporting data applications, batch environments, and underlying platforms across a diverse product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills and will work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure data integrity and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data applications and batch environments including Control
  
  M and AWS Batch.
• Analyze and resolve production data and batch cycle issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
• Facilitate change reviews and deployments.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Automate manual tasks in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering and enterprise teams to maintain a stable production environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience, primarily in production or environment support roles.
• Experience supporting highly available and complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Unix/Linux OS, AWS, Snowflake, Python, and scripting.
• Background in cloud administration, preferably AWS, including provisioning and monitoring.
• Experience with log analysis and batch monitoring using Control
  
  M.
• Strong data analysis skills for issue triage and remediation.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and root cause analysis.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub, Jenkins, uDeploy, and Artifactory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals.

• Experience in financial services environments.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
