System Analyst

We have an urgent position for a System Analyst with our direct client at Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desired.
• Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Postman.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology subject area.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior analysts across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies.
• Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills and adaptive to organizational changes.
• Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.
• Effective communication and people‑interaction skills.
• Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.).
• Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well‑defined User‑Stories/requirements.
• Flexibility to adjust your work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India‑based teams and associates.
• Knowledge of technical solutions and back‑end systems.
