Job Description:

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery, including at least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing
• At least 4 years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client-side and server-side), and reporting skills
• At least 3 years of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders
• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design, with solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts
• At least 4 years of experience with tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, Dyna Trace, or CA Introscope, along with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layers
• At least 3 years of working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools, and interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution
• At least 3 years of experience with PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Ability to lead/handle a team of up to 10 core engineers from local or remote places
• Experience in the Financial domain is preferred
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with IT
