Entry Level Production Associate​/Warehouse Worker​/General Labor

• As a Production Associate, you’ll help create high-quality interior and exterior door units used in homes and businesses across the country.
• Assemble door units using pre-cut materials and production equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, nail guns, staple guns, and other assembly tools
• Read work orders and follow production specifications
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Work safely while meeting daily production goals
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient
• Collaborate with team members and Machine Operators to keep production moving

• No advanced degree required - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, production, or a related field
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and work in an active production environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation (shift starts at 6:00 AM)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Carpentry, framing, cabinetry, woodworking, or millwork experience
• Door or window manufacturing experience
• Blueprint or work order reading experience
• Lean Manufacturing or 5S knowledge
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

Start Time: 6:00 AM

No regular weekend work

• Daily stretch meetings
• Weekly safety talks
• Monthly safety meetings

• Casual industrial dress code (steel-toe boots required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smithfield, RI.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
