• Responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as applicable.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers with little to some supervision; be detail-oriented and demonstrate time management skills.
• Remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.
• Specific positions may include:
  Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work with little to some supervision and to respond to operational concerns.
• Demonstrates integrity and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work cooperatively with associates, vendors, and carriers.
