Pest Assassins is looking to perform sales activities to include prospecting for residential and commercial sales, community involvement, developing a schedule of productive activity from creative sources and qualified leads, preparing and presenting proposals and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect properties and structures (including attics, basements and crawl spaces). Identify and diagnose areas of concern and communicate findings with customers through a written proposal.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials on vehicle.
  • Schedule appointments, make proposals and input necessary customer information in the computer.
  • Maintain customer base and acquire new customers by utilizing sales techniques through building customer relationships, customer referrals, clover leafing, community involvement and creative ideas.
  • Drive vehicle to customers’ houses, places of business and community activities/events which requires possessing a valid driver’s license and maintaining a good driving record within company equivalency points policy.
  • Communicate with customers by phone, in person and/or in writing.
  • Complete and submit required paperwork daily using Pest Routes software.
  • Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
  • Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure the job is completed satisfactorily.
  • Execute service agreements on behalf of the company, observing company policies as to terms of pricing and payment options.
  • Regularly operate and maintain assigned company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company vehicle policy.

  • Experience in pest management is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Physical Demands
  • Walking, sitting, standing, bending, crawling, squatting, kneeling, stepping, climbing, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, squeezing, stretching, balancing.
  • Lift, hold and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Wear personal protective equipment such as a respirator, dust mask, goggles, etc.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
