As a Security Officer Full Time Arrival Coordination in Smithfield, RI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for patients, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, support visitor check-in procedures, monitor activity at the entrance, and communicate professionally to help address security-related concerns.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor sign-in records in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, receive incoming calls, provide information and directions, and communicate routine concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing the reception area, reporting unusual activity, and maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
