** Role Overview
** We are looking for compassionate and experienced physicians who align with our mission:
* to care for others as we would care for those we love*. As a member of our Primary Care team, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
* Conduct comprehensive history and physical assessments
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
* Prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmacological interventions
* Coordinate care with specialists and other providers
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
* Demonstrate leadership in mentoring and supporting clinical staff
* Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions

* Education:

** Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
* ** Licensure:
** Active Virginia Medical License (or eligibility)
* ** Certification:
** Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* ** DEA Registration:
** Current and valid
