Responsibilities:

• Work in a Desktop Support role supporting a user community of several thousand users for at least 5 years.
• Deploy Office 2013 to approximately 2,500 desktops/laptops in phases.
• Coordinate with other teams to prepare desktops/laptops for email migration.
• Debug desktop issues during Office 2013 deployment.
• Deploy Office 2013 to multiple machines using scripting, especially when ITCM tool is not functioning.
• Work in Windows 2008 and Windows 7 environments.
• Participate in mass rollouts of Office 2013 across various locations in the USA, specifically in Smithfield VA or Lisle, Chicago.

Candidates should demonstrate experience with Office 2013, Windows administration, deployment, scripting, and desktop support.
