As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will:
- Conduct thorough health assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination.
- Administer and order necessary tests to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide services in the comfort of patients' homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.
We’re looking for candidates who possess:
- A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP or PA licensure.
- Current NP or PA licensure in your state, including prescription authority.
- Board certification in relevant specialties.
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A valid state driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance.
