• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
