• Good overall knowledge of trades:
  Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical.

• Proper equipment knowledge—knowing necessary tools for tasks.
• Troubleshooting skills—ability to analyze problems and resolve promptly.
• Excellent communication skills—interacting effectively with management, customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Presentable appearance—clean-cut, organized tools, decent vehicle.

• Assess properties and communicate repair needs to customers.
