SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Quarry Foreman to serve as second-in-command to the Quarry Manager and lead day-to-day operations. The role focuses on supervising site workers, coordinating production, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across on-site and office operations.
Ideal candidates will be safety-driven, highly organized, and capable of leading by example while maintaining strong communication with the team and management. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
