The Senior Health Program Representative conducts onsite compliance visits and audits for Vaccine for Children (VFC) providers to ensure adherence to program requirements and timely data submission to federal databases. The role includes scheduling site visits, providing immunization education, recruiting providers, verifying client eligibility, and assisting with claims and reporting issues. The position also involves field investigations related to communicable diseases, patient counseling, and educational outreach.
Keyqualifications:
- Six months experience eliciting and assessing information to make referrals
- Six months experience in data collection from multiple sources
- Six months experience in record keeping
- Six months experience in narrative report writing
- Knowledge of etiology of communicable or chronic diseases
- Valid Driver's License
