Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Location:
Madison, WI (relocation required)
You will manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law risks, oversee multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings, forge vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.
Qualifications- JD with experience in risk mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial practice.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Attention to detail, creative mindset, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
