• Registered Nurse (RN) license

• The RN Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.
• The RN Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units checking in with residents and staff.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Provide support and direction for nurses.
• The RN Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
• The RN Supervisor prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
