• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (Aveanna can assist in obtaining)
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
