Join Arch Telecom – a national wireless retailer with over 200 stores – as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will build customer relationships, provide excellent service, and drive sales of wireless devices and plans.

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via customer care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and demonstrate latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions—devices, accessories, IoT—beyond basic plans.
• Guide customers through purchases with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise.
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
• Complete on‑site training and learn systems, processes, and reference resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑channel employees to resolve issues and support business growth.

• Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills.
• Competitive drive and confidence in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service and/or sales experience.
