Accounting Manager –
Fahrenheit Advisors (partnered with Allison–Smith Company, LLC)

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join the high‑performing AS‑Modular business unit. This is a newly created position resulting from organic growth.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily cash management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct general ledger reviews, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and complete financial records.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and maintain strong accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and executive leadership.
• Manage cost reviews and work‑in‑progress (WIP) reporting, providing insights into project and operational performance.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to a small accounting team (2–3 direct reports across AP, AR, and Purchasing).
• Collaborate closely with project managers to align financial data with project performance and forecasting.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline reporting tools, and enhance efficiency across accounting operations.
• Act as a hands‑on team player, solving problems and wearing many hats in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Insight Spreadsheet Server for report building
• Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Reports to the Controller and CFO
• Directly supervises Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing personnel

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Construction industry experience highly preferred
• Strong technical accounting, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
