We are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to handle financial reporting, lease accounting, and service agreement compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of GAAP principles. Experience with leases and service agreements is a plus but not mandatory.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.
• Assist in lease accounting and compliance with service agreements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in lease or contract-based environments.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
