We’re partnering with a well‑established mid‑sized CPA firm that’s intentionally growing its tax team and looking for a Tax Senior Associate who takes pride in their work, values strong client relationships, and is ready to step into a more visible, impactful role.

This position is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys owning client engagements
, contributing beyond compliance, and mentoring junior staff — all within a collaborative, high‑caliber public accounting environment.

• Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
• Supporting tax planning and research projects across a diverse client base
• Working closely with Managers and Partners on complex matters
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a strong team culture
• Building trusted, long‑term client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Tax a plus)
• CPA or CPA‑eligible strongly preferred
• 3‑5 years of recent public accounting tax experience
• Solid technical foundation and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client‑first mindset

• Competitive compensation ($85K-$120K+, DOE)
