** Key Responsibilities
**** Allocation Management
*** Manage vehicle allocation, including preferencing and ordering.
* Learn and understand model numbers, colors, and equipment packages.
* ** Leverage AI tools to optimize allocation decisions and predict demand trends.
**** Inventory Analysis
*** Monitor inventory trends and order limitations.
* Gain proficiency in the Ford WBDO system and order processes.
* ** Use AI-driven analytics to identify patterns, forecast inventory needs, and improve ordering accuracy.
**** Communication
* ** Participate in wholesale meetings with manufacturer representatives.
* Collaborate with the management team, Loaner Administrator, and DT drivers.
* ** Utilize AI-powered reporting tools to streamline communication and provide actionable insights.
**** Dealer Trades
*** Coordinate dealer trades, ensuring:  + Timely pick-up and drop-off.  + No damage during transport.  + Financial equality and alignment with dealership needs.
* Manage driver schedules, routes, gas cards, dealer plates, and related logistics.
* ** Apply AI-based route optimization for efficient scheduling and cost savings.
**** Physical Inventory Audits
*** Conduct regular audits to ensure:  + Proper key management.  + Accurate lot location tracking.  + Vehicle condition (cleanliness, tire pressure, battery health, etc.).
* ** Implement AI-assisted audit tools for faster and more accurate inventory checks.
**** Loaner Program Management
*** Oversee loaner vehicle inventory and key management.
* Enforce program guidelines for mileage and time limits.
* Evaluate loaner vehicles against inventory needs.
* Work with the Loaner Administrator on aging vehicles, maintenance, and overall condition.
* ** Use AI to monitor loaner utilization, predict maintenance needs, and optimize fleet performance.
