THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a hunter-minded Business Development Manager to aggressively grow our footprint across Latin America. Our primary markets are electric utilities and upstream oil & gas. This is a front-line growth role focused on new customer acquisition, project capture, and specification wins. In addition to LATAM, there may be an opportunity to contribute to the success of our global oil and gas program.

LOCATION:

Southwest United States (flexible)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Latin America Growth – Utilities Focus
  • Drive new business development across Latin America (Mexico, Central America, South America, Caribbean).
  • Win new utility customers, EPCs, contractors, and distributors.
  • Identify transmission, distribution and grid infrastructure projects.
  • Build territory plans, pipeline, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Push products into specifications, standards, and approved vendor lists.
Global Oil & Gas Growth (Inside and Outside Latin America)
  • Lead Oil & Gas business development globally including Latin America.
  • Target upstream offshore, and subsea projects.
  • Develop relationships with operators, EPCs, OEMs, and contractors.
  • Drive long-cycle project pursuits and framework agreements.
  • Identify new applications and growth opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Experience years in business development or sales within oil & gas markets/ utilities.
  • Proven track record of winning new business (hunter mindset).
  • Experience selling through distribution, EPCs, and direct-to-project channels.
  • Strong commercial instincts with technical or engineered products.
  • Comfortable operating across cultures and regions.
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Background in engineered, industrial, or safety-critical products.
