The Tier-3 Inspection Technician role offers an exciting entry point into KEH, providing broad exposure to e-commerce operations, photography‑related processes, rental logistics, supply chain activity, and value‑added services across major marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, and others). We are seeking individuals with a business‑ownership mentality, problem solvers who take initiative, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and are eager to learn multiple facets of the business.

• Inspection & Grading:
  Assess and test acquired Tier-3 gear to ensure accurate grading and pricing
• Product Listings & Inventory:
  Partner with the Ancillary Sales team to create accurate, compelling listings for online marketplaces
• Firmware & Repairs:
  Perform firmware updates, minor repairs, and serial number creation
• Research & Identification:
  Identify and research vintage cameras, tripods, and lighting kits to determine missing parts and ensure proper classification
• Sorting & Organization:
  Efficiently process and categorize incoming Tier-3 gear
• Quality Assurance:
  Apply sound judgment when evaluating product quality and usability
• Training & Development:
  Participate in training on inspection techniques, firmware updates, and basic repairs to build operational expertise
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and apply feedback effectively
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Passion for continuous improvement and efficiency
• Basic math skills for pricing and inventory assessments
• Camera knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Tableau is a plus
