We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Order Management Advisor to join a fast-paced technical environment in Smyrna, GA. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing—from quote to delivery—while supporting clients with parts availability, shipping updates, and service inquiries.
What You'll Do:
- Manage parts orders and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Coordinate inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment
- Resolve order issues and provide top-tier customer support
- Maintain accurate order history and CRM records
- Suggest process improvements and stay current with product updates
- 3–5 years of customer service or order support experience
- CRM and data entry proficiency
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends/holidays
- Preferred: experience with parts ordering (Auto Zone, Napa, O'Reilly, or industrial equipment)
