• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass all background checks
• Preferred: previous childcare experience
• Physical ability to work around small children (sitting, standing, walking, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Monday – Friday

• Assist the lead teacher with all classroom aspects consistent with the center’s philosophy and goals.
• Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
• Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and make improvements for program quality.
• Create and maintain a clean and safe environment for all children.
• Establish professional rapport with each family to provide quality care.
• Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
