Role Overview:
We are seeking a Design & CAD Engineer to provide critical engineering support and help manage the growing demand for technical services within our Design & Digital operations. This entry-level role plays a key part in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring accuracy in design documentation and collaboration.

• Manage and oversee the Global Design SharePoint (GDS) system, ensuring compliance with data standards and maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinate with multiple design agencies: issue design requests, respond to inquiries, and deliver completed materials back to requestors.
• Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to meet delivery timelines aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with OEM suppliers to acquire required 3D data sets for design requests.
• Maintain and update the Shape Identification Directory (SID) to accurately reflect the system portfolio.
• Support the creation of CAD revisions and technical documentation for packaging designs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in interpreting and reviewing technical drawings.
• Experience with CAD tools (CATIA preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
