• Serve as a discipline expert, leading design concepts and analyses for moderate to large projects.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and client teams to develop design approaches, perform engineering studies, and ensure code‑aligned documentation.
• Mentor junior staff, review technical work for accuracy, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop discipline budgets, schedules, and workplans, updating plans in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, clients, and local authorities to define scope, incorporate standards, and resolve model/drawing collisions.
• Conduct job‑site visits to monitor progress, comment on design specs, and verify construction quality.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, proposals, client presentations, and internal training sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited college.
• 12+ years of applicable discipline design and analysis experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Advanced knowledge of industry software (Revit, AutoCAD) and discipline‑specific tools.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and mentorship skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering theories, design procedures, and applicable codes.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple activities and mentor team members.
• Ability to visualize design solutions and effectively communicate across disciplines.
