Curant Health is seeking a Financial Analyst (Data) to join its team in Smyrna, GA, supporting the Curalytics financial reporting process to clinic partners and the monthly close process.

• Overall responsibility for ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of the Clinic's financial reporting.
• Maintains PSA billing elements within Curalytics.
• Assure all elements of Curalytics financials are accurate and in line with monthly close (e.g., Charged, Collected, CoGS, Management fee, AR, Inventory on-hand).
• Review Clinic Revenue, CoGS, and Charitable Contributions ACHs to ensure accuracy and agreement with Curalytics.
• Handle one-off clinic exception handling (e.g., cash sustainability, IMG, early payment).
• Assist in addressing one-off clinic questions and issues as they arise.
• Create analyses on an as-needed basis.
• Assist in developing and testing future Profitability Power BI, ensuring data accuracy for booking Revenue and CoGS, and alignment with Pioneer reports.
• Assist the FP&A Team and Controller with monthly close and planning processes.
• Assist with the Financial Reporting close package.
• Complete assigned monthly analyses.
• Assist with developing structure and maintaining Business Unit (BU) P&L reporting.
• Maintain the base file to calculate commissions for Curant Specialty and aid in commission calculations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related program with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, advanced Excel, and preferably Power BI.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, VENA, and Pioneer software is preferred but not required.
