Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a large, privately held organization in the Smyrna area that is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CFO and play a key role in building out the finance function. The position offers significant long‑term growth potential as the organization continues to expand. Great opportunity for someone that is already in finance or an accountant looking to pivot into it.

• Perform detailed financial data analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and interpret financial data.
• Support the CFO with ad hoc analysis and special projects.
• Contribute to process improvements and help implement best practices in financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
