Description:
Program Management Governance
Lead and manage IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria aligned with security and compliance objectives.
Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and communication plans for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Track risks, dependencies, and issues ensure proactive mitigation and escalation management.
- Technical Leadership (SailPoint IAM Platforms):
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SailPoint Identity
IQ Identity Now projects including integration, customization, and lifecycle management. - Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to define role-based access models, certification campaigns, and access governance workflows.
- Ensure successful integrations with AD, Azure AD, Service Now, HR systems, and application directories.
- Provide functional and technical oversight to ensure adherence to architecture and security standards.
- Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary contact for IAM program communications across IT, business, audit, and compliance teams. - Lead steering committee and technical governance meetings with clear reporting on milestones, risks, and metrics.
- Translate technical concepts into business language for executive updates.
- Partner with vendors and system integrators to align solution delivery with enterprise requirements.
- Operational Excellence:
Define KPIs and metrics for access governance, provisioning, and compliance posture. - Drive continuous improvement in joiner-mover-leaver processes, access reviews, and entitlement management.
- Support audit, SOX, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to identity and access controls.
- Promote automation and process optimization to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead.
