Job Description:
- Reporting to the Head of Department Omnichannel & Patient Support, the IT US Patient Solutions Technical Analyst partners with the Client’s PVU teams to lead projects, use technology systems, and manage technical support resources (internal and/or external) to support patient support/experience programs.
- Possesses the ability to analyze, manage, implement, train end-users, and support technical systems and associated business processes.
- Assists with technology specifications and implementation plans.
- Provides technical and business analyst expertise involving the design, development, construction and on-going support of systems, processes, integrations, or methods.
- Provide technical support in the deployment of purchased application as well as overseeing system design, development, implementation, and maintenance of internally developed applications.
- Involved in defining, managing, and supporting interfaces between multiple vendors and systems.
- Provides strategic business analyst expertise of systems, processes, or methods.
- Responsible for delivering attainment of project plans, milestones, deliverables, and financial targets for assigned projects and programs.
- Engage with key stakeholders to develop trusted relationships
- Build collaborative relationships with business partners and external vendors to deliver on company and departmental strategies and initiatives
- Drive decisions and influence team members and business partners, within span of control.
- Lead and/or manage projects based on business requirements in line with the IT Project Management Framework.
- Scoping projects and gathering requirements
- Estimate and deliver require time and budget
- Ensuring proper documentation
- Ensure proper support and training is delivered (both short and long term)
- Manages the contractual payment obligation with engaged vendors.
- Serve as the IT SME for U.S. Patient Support Programs. Maintain awareness of industry trends, identify opportunities for business process and technology improvements and value creation.
- Also stay current on all related legal, regulatory or compliance requirements and related best practices.
- Support the evaluation, selection, and management of G2M partners,
- Drive cost savings and efficiencies
- Identify creative and innovative solutions to problems
- Design and implement best-in-class technical and/or operational support frameworks leveraging internal resources and third-parties.
- Ensure handling of projects to Client’s standards
- Ensuing timely resolution of user problems within assigned areas of responsibility and delivery of agreed upon SLA's related to system uptime, data loads, etc.
- Responsible for all system updates including testing, validation, acceptance, and deployment activities.
- Support and/or Lead the software delivery lifecycle ( "SDLC”)
