Curant Health is searching for an ETL Solutions Engineer to join its Data Engineering team in Atlanta, GA
. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing end‑to‑end data integration and transformation solutions that support analytics, reporting, and operational systems across the organization. The ETL Solutions Engineer partners closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and third‑party data providers to define data specifications, ensure data quality, and drive modernization initiatives within Curant Health’s data ecosystem.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL and data integration architectures, pipelines, and workflows.
- Create and manage data specifications, standard data packages, and transformation logic.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third‑party data providers to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Implement and monitor data quality checks, validations, and error‑handling mechanisms across all ETL processes.
- Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution of data and pipeline issues.
- Provide technical leadership through solution design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of complex ETL workflows across APIs, flat files, patient systems, and cloud sources.
- Drive automation initiatives, CI/CD adoption, and cloud‑native ETL solutions, primarily in Azure.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and SOX.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ETL or data engineering roles, including 2+ years in a lead or architect capacity.
- Strong experience with ETL platforms such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience building data pipelines in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash and version control tools such as Git.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with real‑time data integration technologies such as Kafka.
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing platforms including Snowflake or Azure Synapse.
- Experience with data governance, lineage, or metadata tools.
