We're hiring a Business Analyst to help drive reporting, forecasting, and insights across inventory, operations, and purchasing. This is a high-impact, in-person role supporting senior leadership with dashboards, models, and analysis.

• In-person role based in Smyrna, GA (Atlanta metro area)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use advanced data analysis techniques to develop meaningful insights supporting strategic and tactical business decisions. Create and maintain comprehensive Tableau dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and actionable for business stakeholders. Produce month-end inventory reports and reconcile month-to-month changes.
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, developing recommendations to optimize performance. Leverage data and forecasting models to drive inventory management and other operational efficiencies.
• Forecasting & Inventory Management: Develop and refine forecasting models to anticipate demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve supply chain efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven inventory decisions are aligned with business goals.
• Data Integration & Management: Design and manage data pipelines that connect various data sources across the business. Proficiency in custom SQL is required for ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
