Role

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Lead to oversee the strategic and operational management of a global CRM platform, with a focus on Veeva CRM. This role is pivotal in aligning technology solutions with commercial business objectives, ensuring seamless system performance, and driving innovation across the organization.

As the CRM Lead, you will serve as the subject matter expert and primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage global projects, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while delivering impactful CRM solutions that support go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Shape and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Lead global CRM projects using established project management frameworks.
  • Serve as the IT SME for Veeva CRM, identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Oversee vendor selection, evaluation, and performance to ensure optimal delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure timely resolution of system issues and adherence to SLAs for uptime and data integrity.
  • Manage system updates, including testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Support or lead the full software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) for CRM initiatives.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in full systems lifecycle management, including deployment of Veeva CRM.
  • Veeva CRM Administrator Certification required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Proven experience with compliance frameworks including Part 11, SOX, and HIPAA.
  • Strong understanding of commercial technology systems supporting marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies to support marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
