Business Office Manager (Smyrna, GA) job at Delmar Gardens Family. Smyrna, GA.
Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is seeking a professional with a strong management background and excellent interpersonal skills to oversee our business operations.
Job Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To- Accounts receivable management encompassing Medicaid, Private Pay billing and collections
- Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts/activity
- Daily cash posting
- Handle family inquires pertaining to billing
- Participate in the monthly close process and triple check meetings
- Post ancillary charges each month
- Prepare the daily census report
Previous experience in billing Georgia Medicaid for long-term care facilities is required.
