Pay Rate $18.44 per hour Schedule and Hours1st
Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM2nd
Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM Assemblers Duties and Responsibilities Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
Use hand tools and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Meet daily production quotas and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Assemblers Qualifications and Requirements Previous assembly experience required.
Experience working with small parts and hand tools.
Ability to work in a quota-driven production environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
