Marketing Manager

Our client, located in Atlanta, is searching for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy. You will lead the marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate very closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Team. You will have a strong marketing background working with a company within the printing industry or a company that sells a product, not a service.

• This position will manage and supervise internal creative services of the Graphic Design Department, assist with the development of creative concepts and coordinate with sales manager and internal team on the subject matter and presentation.
• Handle, manage and implement market plans, Logo merchandise / promotional items design
• Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, website, product catalog, and all internal marketing collateral.
• Write internal copy for all marketing mediums
• Manage introduction and rollout activities for new products and/or upgrades
• Manage, train and mentor the marketing team as well as lead and drive the marketing initiatives
• Develop distribution strategies
• Monitor the activities of the competition
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing strategies
• Maintain marketing co-op dollars

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years related Marketing experience
• Must have experience leading the vision and driving marketing strategies and initiatives
• Must have strong social media experience
• Experience with website re-design
• Strong marketing analytics
• Excellent communication
