Director of Marketing - Courts & Tracks

Build Laykold and Rekortan into the preferred court and track brands in the Americas by owning brand strategy, demand creation and specification influence.

Deliver the FY2027 Laykold and Rekortan marketing plans on budget, growing marketing-sourced qualified leads by [X]% vs. 2026 by end of Q4.Launch a technical/specification content program for architects, engineers and consultants, achieving [X] Laykold/Rekortan specified projects by end of Q4.Stand up quarterly brand performance reporting (leads, pipeline, channel/event ROI) to CMO and executive leadership by end of Q2.Own the brand and go-to-market strategy for Laykold and Rekortan, translating business objectives into annual marketing plans with clear growth targets, and manage both brand budgets across channels, events and partnerships to maximize return.

Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social and trade media, and the creation of promotional materials (brochures, photo, video, case studies, online content); lead and develop internal team members and manage agency, creative and media partners.

Drive the technical and specification-focused content strategy that supports architects, engineers and consultants in the design and bid process.

Ensure marketing initiatives align with revenue goals by partnering with the sales organization, licensed installers and distributors, including support for bid and specification processes.

Develop the event, trade show and sponsorship strategy, evaluate partnerships against defined investment criteria, and build relationships with governing bodies, athletes, coaches, tournament directors and facility operators.

Implement market research and competitive intelligence across racquet sports and track & field, and establish performance metrics and reporting with results and recommendations to executive leadership.
