Day shift (United States of America)

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Supervisor, and Practice Manager. The LPN recognizes patients’ needs and symptoms in advance and provides care for the patient under the physician’s direction. Duties include preparing patients for exams, assisting during treatments, coordinating tests and follow‑up care, and recording treatments in the medical record. The LPN assists with patient and family education and demonstrates competency and skills to serve patients of all ages.

• Graduate from a practical or vocational nursing program.

• Current/active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Must have a current BLS card from the American Heart Association prior to hire date.
